- Lemon - 1 piece;
- Salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste;

Wash the catfish thoroughly, gut and cut the gills.

Salt, pepper, spice and rub the fish with lemon juice.

Place the catfish in a plastic bag and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Cut onions and herbs, sprinkle with spices and lemon juice.
