Turn on the oven to warm up to 350 ° C. Pour chopped dark chocolate and cocoa powder with hot water and beat until smooth. Cool the bowl with the chocolate mass in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, sugar, salt, and soda.

In a separate bowl, mix rapeseed oil, eggs, vinegar and vanilla extract (vanillin).

Fill the cupcake tins with 2/3 dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 17-19 minutes, check the readiness of muffins with a toothpick. Ready muffins to cool.

In the center of each cupcake, make a deep hole and fill 1 ½ tbsp of cherry filling.

Whisk the cooled cream in high speed with a mixer until it peaks. Add ¼ tbsp of sugar and whisk again. Put some whipped cream on the chocolate muffins with cherry filling. Garnish each cupcake with fresh cherries and chocolate chips.
