Cake is the usual decoration of every festive table. But who said that it is necessary to wait for the holiday to feast on them? A simple and delicious chocolate cake is prepared quickly and is perfect for tea drinking with your family.

Essential products for biscuit:
- 2 eggs
-200-220 grams of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of natural cocoa powder
- 1 cup oily sour cream
- about 1 glass of flour
- a little salt (3-4 grams)
- a teaspoon of soda
Cream Products:
- 1 tbsp.sahara
- 200 grams of thick sour cream
Glaze Ingredients:
- one third of a glass of milk
- the fourth part of a glass of sugar
- 2-3 tea spoons of cocoa
- 30-40 g drain oil
Cooking:
1. All the products necessary for the preparation of biscuit, combine in a suitable container and mix into a homogeneous mass (can be mixed).
2. Pour the resulting dough into a round or square shape, pre-oiled.
3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (readiness can be checked with a toothpick).
4. Mix sour cream with sugar to obtain a cream.
5. Ready cake must be cut into two parts. The lower crust should be thicker than the upper.
6. Soak the bottom cake with cream and put on top the second cake, also impregnated on the cut.
7. Cook the icing: heat the milk, add cocoa, sugar and butter, bring to a boil and remove from the stove.
8. Pour the cake with icing.
You can decorate this wonderful cake to your taste: fresh or frozen berries and fruits, coconut flakes or pastry topping.
