  • - 250-300 g of boiled chicken

  • - 230 g mozzarella cheese

  • - a bunch of lettuce romaine

  • - 2 large sweet peppers

  • - 300 g of olives

  • - 7 slices of white bread

  • - 1.5 tbsp. l unrefined olive oil

  • - 200 ml of wine vinegar

  • - 3 tsp mustard

  • - 150 g onions

  • - 50-70 g of freshly ground black pepper

  • - 60-70 g of sugar

  • - 50 g of salt

Preheat the oven to 185 ° C. Cut the crust from bread, cut the crumb into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm. Lay on a baking sheet baking paper. Put slices of bread, pour olive oil and salt a little, mix.

Put the baking sheet in the oven and fry the croutons until golden brown, 7–9 minutes. Stir several times during frying so that the bread cubes are evenly fried, cool.

Put sweet pepper in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a cup and cover, leave for 13 minutes. Then peel the pepper from the skin, remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into thin slices.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Place a little vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar and pepper in a cup. Pour olive oil on top, beat well with a blender dressing until the state of the emulsion. Add onions and mix.

Cut boiled chicken and put in a salad bowl. Add cheese and pour half the dressing. Marinate for 10-13 minutes.

Cut lettuce into small pieces and add to the cup to the chicken and cheese. Add sliced ​​pepper, olives and cooked dressing and mix. Sprinkle with crackers before serving.
