Meatloaf is a delicious original minced meat dish. It can be prepared both for the holiday table and for the usual dinner. It only takes 60 minutes to cook it.

- Stuffing (beef or pork) - 0.5 kg;
- white bread - 3-4 slices;
- egg 2 pcs;
- milk - 1 cup;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- bulb onions;
- pepper
- salt.

Pepper and salt the minced meat.

Chop the onion finely.

Boil the eggs and cut into small pieces.

Use cling film to prevent the meat from sticking to the table.

Put the film on the table. Put minced meat on it. Give it a rectangular shape. Thickness 2-2.5 cm.

Put the stuffing on top, in our case onions and eggs.

Roll up the roll by lifting the film.

Wrap the roll in food foil, then, 10 minutes before baking, remove it and bake already without foil.

Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200-230 C

The filling can be made from any ingredients.
Useful advice
Pour water onto a baking sheet so that the roll cannot burn.
