To prepare the rice cake dough, prepare a deep bowl. In this bowl, combine the egg with granulated sugar and salt. Mash and mix the ingredients well until smooth. Beat the egg mixture lightly with a fork, then add water to it and mix again.

Add flour to the mixture. Knead soft elastic dough, then form a ball of rice cake dough. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or cling film and leave it for 30-40 minutes to stand.

At the end of time, take the dough and divide it into four equal parts. Roll each part into a ball, and then make pellets from balls. To do this, just roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that their diameter is 15-20 centimeters.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan; the pan should be almost dry. Take turns frying each pan on both sides in a pan. When you shift the tortilla to the other side, put a small piece of butter on top of it.

If you want to serve rice cakes with a filling, start cooking it. To do this, peel and wash fresh vegetables, dry them on a paper towel.

In the process of making pancakes, butter is often added directly to the dough, but it is not recommended to add butter to the rice cake dough, otherwise it will darken and lose its elasticity.

You can cook spicy rice cakes by adding herbs, spices or garlic to the dough in advance.

Rice flour baked goods are recommended to be stored separately from products made from wheat and rye flour.
