To prepare this dish, fish must be cleaned, gutted and rinsed thoroughly with running water. Cut the prepared fish into portions - steaks. Sprinkle with lemon juice to eliminate a specific odor. Pepper and roll them gently in flour on all sides. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and, putting the fish there, fry until golden brown.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut it into thin round slices. Put in a separate pan and fry in preheated vegetable oil until half cooked.

Peel and wash the onions. Chop it in half rings and lay out to the potato. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, until the onion has a clear golden hue.

Wash the mushrooms, chop them and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked.

To pour fish, prepare a sour cream sauce. To do this, take sour cream and heat it in a saucepan. Add 1 tsp. flour and butter, salt. If desired, add spicy herbs and spices (basil, marjoram, dill, suneli hops, etc.). Bring to a boil and let simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
