Pumpkin and apple pudding - the perfect combination of fruits and vegetables, cooked according to a very simple recipe. Low calorie and pleasant taste are the main advantages of this recipe. Instead of pumpkin, you can use other vegetables, depending on individual preferences.

  • –– fresh pumpkin (180 g);

  • - fresh apples (120 g);

  • –Milk with low fat content (45 ml);

  • –Protein of one egg;

  • - oatmeal (25 g);

  • - raisins (10 g);

  • - dried apricots (15 g);

Peel the pumpkin from the top peel, chop into cubes. Remove the peel from apples and cut into thin slices.

Next, take a saucepan, put on the burner and add some water. Put apples and pumpkin. Pour milk and continue to simmer until vegetables and fruits are soft.

Put the pumpkin and apples in a blender, and then chop in a puree. Leave to cool in a separate cup. Oatmeal must also be ground with a blender into a small cereal.

Soak raisins and dried apricots in boiling water for several minutes, after which thinly dried apricots into strips. Please note that it is not worth keeping dried fruits in boiling water for a long time, since useful trace elements can remain in the water.

First mix the mashed potatoes from pumpkin and apples with ground oatmeal. Next add dried fruits. Separately, beat the protein into a thick foam and gently introduce into the resulting mass of pumpkin, apples, dried apricots and raisins. If you want to make pudding exclusively from natural products, then sugar should not be added.

Before baking, sprinkle the dish with cinnamon, place in a mold greased with cooking oil and put in the oven. Cook for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 150 to 180 degrees.
