  • For the test:
  • - flour - 500 g;

  • - salt - 1 teaspoon;

  • - fresh yeast - 10 g;

  • - olive oil - 15 ml;

  • - warm water - 250 ml.
  • For filling:
  • - ripe tomatoes - 300 g;

  • - basil leaves for decoration;

  • - olive oil - 45 ml;

  • - salt and pepper to taste;

  • - champignons - 250 g;

  • - chopped garlic clove;

  • - chopped fresh parsley - a tablespoon;

  • - artichokes in olive oil - 100 g;

  • - olives - 50 g;

  • - any boiled ham - 150 g;

  • - anchovy fillet - 8 pieces;

  • - mozzarella - 200 g;

  • - basil - 8-10 leaves.

Put all the ingredients for the dough into a large bowl, pour warm water and olive oil. Knead a homogeneous dough and leave it in a warm place under a damp towel, so that the dough is doubled. Cut the risen dough into 4 parts, form 4 balls, transfer to a dish sprinkled with flour, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. At this time, we begin to prepare the filling.

We make cruciform incisions on the tomatoes, lower them into boiling water for 1 minute, so that you can easily remove the peel. Cut the peeled tomatoes into 4 parts, remove the seeds, grind in a blender until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml) and a little salt, remove to the side.

Rinse the champignons well, wipe with a dry cloth to remove excess water, cut into plates. Fry the mushrooms on one spoon of olive oil with chopped parsley and garlic for 3 minutes over high heat. Add salt and pepper to taste, remove to the side.

From the dough we form 4 bases for pizza with a diameter of about 20 centimeters. We spread them on baking sheets greased with olive oil or in separate forms (if any). Evenly grease the dough with tomato puree.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cut the artichokes into neat slices, ham into strips, anchovies 2-3 parts lengthwise. We divide all the ingredients so that they are enough for 4 pizzas in the same amount.

Visually divide the basis for pizza into 4 sectors. In one we spread the mushrooms and ham, in the second - artichokes and olives, in the third - anchovies, and leave the fourth sector empty. We send pizza to the oven for 10 minutes. At this time, we cut the mozzarella into pieces of medium thickness.

We take out the pizza from the oven, evenly distribute the mozzarella over the entire surface and return it to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. Before serving, decorate with parsley or basil.
