Preparing the filling:

- On a cutting board, cut smoked brisket into small cubes and put it in a deep bowl.

Cooking the dough in a yeast-free manner:

- Pour milk heated to 30 degrees into the container and dissolve the yeast. Then we add salt, sugar, egg, butter to the flour and knead the dough by adding milk with dissolved yeast to it. Knead the dough for no more than 10 minutes, otherwise it will turn out to be very solid. Next, cover it with a towel and set it in a warm place.

- We roll the dough into a layer 1 - 1.5 cm thick and put it on a greased baking sheet. For the dough

put slices of smoked brisket and cheese. Add caraway seeds, ground pepper to taste and season everything with mayonnaise using a pastry bag.

- Bake the product in the oven at a temperature of 160 - 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.

Useful advice

- If you don’t have a pastry bag, then you can use the usual bag by making a small hole in it.
