  • - 120 ml of tomato paste

Wash the rice and boil it for 5 minutes. Then strain.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Put them together with ground beef in a bowl and sprinkle with spices. Then add rice, egg, parsley and mix until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet (3 tablespoons). Sauté the peppers on each side until light brown. Then remove the peppers from the pan and place on a plate.

Now you need to make the sauce. Pour the oil used for frying into the pan. Heat this oil lightly, then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix gently.

Add red pepper and salt, stir for 1 minute. Then add the tomato paste and water. Stir and let it boil. When the sauce boils, put stuffed peppers into the pan.

Reduce heat and simmer for 45-50 minutes with the lid ajar. The sauce should be thicker when cooking.
