    • 2 tbsp. flour;

    • 1 tbsp sour cream;

    • 2 tbsp milk;
    • 2 tsp cocoa;
    • 50 g of butter.

Beat sugar and eggs with a mixer. Melt the butter, cool slightly at room temperature and pour into the whipped mixture. Add sour cream and soda.

Stir, add cocoa powder, chopped nuts and mix again. Sift the flour, pour the mixture into it and knead the dough.

Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with oil, sprinkle sugar on the edges and place the dough in it. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake the cake for twenty to thirty minutes.

Prepare the curd cream. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, rub it with a fork, add soft butter, condensed milk and mix well. Remove the cake from the oven and refrigerate it. Put it on a dish, grease with curd cream.

Make chocolate icing. To do this, slightly warm the milk in a saucepan, pour sugar into it, mix well. On the smallest fire, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring it with a spoon. Put butter in a boiling mixture. When it melts, add chocolate wedges.

Stir the icing with a spoon until the chocolate is completely dissolved. After that, remove it from the fire and, until the icing has frozen, apply it on the cake. After that, cut it into pieces of any shape. Place the finished cookies in the refrigerator to freeze the icing faster.

To prepare the curd cookies according to the following recipe, rub the curd through a sieve or mash it with a fork. Add flour, soda, granulated sugar, sour cream and melted butter to it.

Knead the dough, it will turn out very dense. Put it on a chopping board sprinkled with flour, and roll out a layer about half a centimeter thick. Cut cookies from the layer with a knife or a special cookie cutter.

Lubricate the baking sheet with oil, put the curd cookies on it and put in the oven preheated to 250 ° C. Cool the cookies and decorate them with icing.

To prepare the icing with cocoa, melt the butter, add milk, sugar, cocoa powder to it. Put the mixture on a slow fire and, stirring constantly, bring it to a boil. Remove the dishes from the heat and, until the icing has cooled, apply it to the cookies.
