Ingredients:

- 500 g of pork minced meat;

- 250 g of shrimp;

- 1/2 cup meat broth;

Roll the patties in starch, fry in vegetable oil, put in a saucepan with the rest of cabbage and mushrooms, pour sauce, add sherry, pour sesame oil, put on a quiet fire, bring to a boil, simmer for one hour.

Brazilian cutlets

Ingredients:

- 500 g of minced pork and beef;

- 60 g breadcrumbs;

- 20 g chopped almonds;

- 10 slices of bacon;

- 10 prunes;

- 2 onions;

- 1 egg;

- 1 tbsp. a seasoning spoon for meat and ghee;

- salt, hot ketchup.

Soak prunes in water, peel the onions, chop, mix with minced meat, almonds, breadcrumbs, eggs, seasoning, salt.

Roll the cakes, place the prunes in the center of each, dazzle the edges, form the patties, wrap the slices of bacon, pierce with skewers, fry in ghee.

Before serving, pour ready-made Brazilian cutlets with sharp ketchup.
