For the salad you will need:
- 400 gr. boiled sausage (you can also diversify the recipe and make a salad of boiled chicken)
- -6pcs potatoes.
- eggs -6 pcs.
- green peas - 1 can
- 2 medium onions
- 2 small pickles (if you take gherkins, then you need more)
- 1 small carrot
- a bunch of greenery
- can of mayonnaise
Cooking method:
- Boil potatoes and carrots directly in the skin, then peel and cut into cubes
- Crush eggs, sausage (also diced), cucumbers and onions. It is better if all the cubes are approximately the same, so the salad will look neater.
- After you chop everything, the salad can be mixed and mayonnaise added. Add mayonnaise gradually so as not to put it too much. This will ruin your salad.
- Try the cooked. There is no salt in the recipe, as the salad includes pickles and mayonnaise, however, you can add it at your discretion.
- If you use chicken as a meat ingredient, you can put it in the salad by removing the skin, although it makes the salad more juicy. If you remove it, it will be somewhat dry.
- Some housewives make this salad without carrots. Pickled cucumbers can be replaced with light-salted, fresh or pickled. Sometimes in a salad add slices of pineapples, sauerkraut, sour apples, for example, antonovka.
- It is better to take onions not white, but red, since white is sharper and bitter.
