Tan is a fermented milk drink, which is prepared on the basis of yogurt and mineral water. It has a lot of useful properties, it contains many substances necessary for the body and at the same time perfectly quenches thirst. And tan can also be used as a basis for making okroshka.

You will need

  • - 1 liter of tan;

  • - 700 ml of water;

  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;

  • - 2 potatoes;

  • - 4 eggs;

  • - 5 pieces. radish;

  • - 2 fresh cucumbers;

  • - 250 g of boiled or boiled meat;

  • - dill and green onions;

  • - salt and citric acid to taste.
