Making mint chocolate

Tear off all the leaves from mint branches, rinse, dry and transfer to a bowl. Then sprinkle this ingredient with sugar. Add chili, vanilla and cinnamon. All this must be thoroughly grinded and left for a while, so that the mint can give juice.

Pour cocoa into a saucepan and add milk to it. Carefully move the ingredients. It should be pasta. Hot water is introduced in small portions into it. After which the mixture is again mixed and heated over low heat. It is important at this time to ensure that it does not burn. Therefore, the mass must be continuously stirred. A homogeneous consistency should be obtained, which can be removed from the fire in a few minutes.

If you want to make mint chocolate without additives, you can pour a slightly cooled mass into the mold immediately, without making layers.
