Add chicken egg to the meat and mix, salt to taste. You can not use spices, as they are already contained in mayonnaise. Then pour starch or flour to the contents, use a sieve for this, do it slowly, for 1 kg of meat you will need 200 g of dry ingredient. Thoroughly mix the resulting mixture with a wooden spatula, make sure that there are no lumps.

Peel the onion, cut the vegetable into small cubes. Separate the garlic and grate each on a coarse grater or finely chop into cubes. Add to the enameled bowl, put the mayonnaise there. You can use any version of the sauce, made independently or purchased in the store. Stir the ingredients. Put the container in the refrigerator for several hours, ideally for a day. By consistency, the composition should resemble dough for pancakes.

Heat the pan, add vegetable or olive oil to it. Put the cutlets in a spoon, like pancakes. The meat preparation time on the one hand is no more than 3-4 minutes. Then put them on a plate with a slide and serve on the table with any side dish. Cutlets can be decorated with herbs and served with tomato sauce or any other to taste.

The time of the marinade depends on the meat used. Chicken can be cooked in 2 hours, and beef in not less than 10 hours. Add mushrooms as desired.

Add the diced peppers to the cutlets. So they will become brighter and more attractive in appearance.
