Instruction manual

1

Soak the beef for 20 minutes, then rinse and fill with cold water. We put the pan with meat on medium heat and after boiling we cook for 2.5 hours. 10 salt until ready, add peas of pepper and lavrushka.

2

Soak portioned pots in warm water for half an hour in advance.

3

From the finished beef broth we take out the meat, which we cut into pieces, put it in pots.

4

Cut the peeled onions into thin half rings. Bacon is best cut into strips, but it’s to your taste.

5

In a pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry the bacon for two minutes, then add half the onion to it and continue to fry for another five minutes. Add any sausages (sausages or sausages in circles) to the pan and fry for two minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and put the contents in pots.

6

Wash and clean the carrots, cut into strips. Cucumbers cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Smoked meats cut into strips.

7

We put a pan with a second spoon of vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the carrots with cucumbers, add smoked meats in a minute. Put the tomato paste with chopped garlic, mix and fry for another three minutes.

8

We lay the boiled beans in pots, put the contents of the pan upstairs.

9

Pour the brine into the saucepan, after boiling remove the foam. Add strained meat broth, mix and after boiling remove from heat. The resulting broth fill the contents of the pots.

10

We heat the oven to 150 degrees. We put the pots (covered with lids) in the oven and after five minutes we add the temperature to 210 degrees. After the broth in pots has begun to boil (after 15-20 minutes) we reduce the temperature to 160 degrees. Cook the hodgepodge for half an hour.

eleven

After half an hour we take out pots of hodgepodge, add lemon juice, cover with lids and simmer in the oven for another 20 minutes. Decorate with olives and fresh herbs. Serve with sour cream.
