Pour flour, sugar and poppy seeds into a deep bowl. Melt the butter in a water bath, let it cool and pour in the flour with poppy seeds. Mix everything carefully, add kefir and knead the dough. It should become resilient. Pour flour on the work surface, put the dough and roll it.

Cover a baking sheet or shape with parchment greased with oil, and put the dough on it, give the desired shape. Grease it with a slightly beaten egg, sprinkle with crushed nuts and put in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 45 minutes.
