  • - 125 ml of natural yogurt;

  • - 2 tsp Dijon mustard;

  • - 1 tsp buckwheat honey;

  • - 1 tsp dried dill.

We wash the lettuce leaves well, dry and cut into thin strips.

Peppers are peeled from seeds and cut into half red and yellow. You can use one of the peppers, but with two kinds of salad it turns out brighter. Cut the halves of the pepper into thin strips.

Peel the apples from the skin and seeds, cut into thin strips. Put chopped peppers, apples and lettuce in a bowl, sprinkle with a small amount of lemon juice so that the apples do not lose their color.

We wash the meat, dry it and cut it into thin strips, salt and pepper.

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chopped garlic, then remove it. Fry meat in garlic oil for about seven minutes over medium heat.

We are preparing salad dressing. In a cup, mix 125 ml of natural yogurt, two teaspoons of Dijon mustard, a teaspoon of buckwheat honey, a teaspoon of dried dill. Yogurt, if desired, can be replaced with sour cream.

In a bowl of vegetables, put the fried strips of chicken, season with yogurt dressing and mix well. If desired, you can leave a small amount of meat to decorate the salad.
