  • - 300 g of boiled and frozen shrimp;

  • - 2 tomatoes;

  • - a pinch of fresh basil and parsley;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 lemon;

  • - salt and white pepper to taste.

Defrost shrimp at room temperature and peel. Grind them together with salmon, pour in lemon juice and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, make the sauce. To do this, fry finely chopped garlic in olive oil, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Put greens in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Smear the baking dish with olive oil and lay the layers with lasagna: sheets of dough, pickled seafood and tomato sauce. Sprinkle the last layer with grated Parmesan.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve the finished lasagna to the table hot. White dry wine will go especially well with it.
