The secret of this recipe is that the chicken must be marinated first, which will give the dish a delicate taste. And the fried mushrooms will add a pleasant aroma.

You will need

    • 1 chicken;
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 1 onion;
    • 300 g of fresh champignons;
    • green onions;
    • salt and black pepper to taste.
    • for marinade:
    • 1 tbsp. l fresh ginger
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • ½ tsp nutmeg;
    • 1 tsp hot paprika;
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 tsp salts;
    • 1 tsp curry;
    • 150 g sour cream.

Rinse the chicken under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the bird into portions and put them in a deep bowl. Cook the marinade. Grind the garlic with a knife or with the help of garlic presses. Fresh ginger root grate. Squeeze the juice from one lemon. Put sour cream in a deep cup. Add garlic, ginger, lemon juice, curry, paprika, nutmeg to it and mix thoroughly. Coat the resulting marinade with each piece of chicken and put in a deep bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate. Leave the chicken to marinate for 2-3 hours. If you wish, you can leave the chicken with marinade in the refrigerator all night.

Rinse the potatoes under running water and peel them. Cut the potatoes into circles with a thickness of not more than 1-1.5 cm, fold them into a deep cup, salt and mix.

Rinse the mushrooms under water and dry each mushroom thoroughly with a paper towel to absorb all the moisture. Then cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Peel onions and cut into rings. Put a frying pan without oil on the fire and put chopped mushrooms on it. Let the mushrooms evaporate, then add a little sunflower oil and put the chopped onion. Sauté the mushrooms with onions for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine the prepared mushrooms with chopped raw potatoes and mix.

Take a deep baking sheet or heat-resistant glass mold. Spread potatoes with mushrooms, pickled chicken slices on top. Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet with it and chicken. Bake for 60 minutes.
