From this number of products, 8 small sausages will be obtained. Wash, dry and chop the chicken thighs into small cubes with the skin. Peel and chop the garlic cloves, add them along with black pepper and seasoning to the meat, mix well. Then put mayonnaise and mix again until smooth. Lastly, add gelatin and divide the meat into several parts.

Put each part on the cling film, roll it in the form of sausage, make knots at the ends so that the mass does not leak out during baking. Then wrap all sausages in foil.

Put all the minced meat in a baking pan and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° С for 60 minutes. After that, cool ready-made sausages and refrigerate for 12 hours.

If desired, instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or cream, then the sausage will be softer and more tender. Some housewives do not cut meat, but they pass it through a meat grinder. To get a minced meat of a uniform consistency, the ingredients can be mixed with a mixer. A universal seasoning can replace a mixture of thyme, pink pepper, savory, rosemary, sea salt, basil and red pepper. You can also cook seasoning with black pepper, caraway seeds, marjoram, coriander, red and black pepper.
