You can take not a boiled egg, but prunes, cheese, asparagus beans - anything, everything that is consistent with individual preferences and desires.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool and shell. Then cut into slices about 5 mm thick.

From the indicated quantity of products, three cleps will be obtained with a length of 20 - 25 cm. Accordingly, the cutlet mass is immediately divided into three equal parts.

The minced meat, previously prepared, seasoned to taste and thoroughly mixed, is laid out on the plastic wrap and distributed in an even, not too thin layer, resulting in a thick meat cake with a diameter of about 20 cm.

In the middle of this tortilla, circles of boiled egg are laid out in a row. Then, using the film, the cake is rolled up and carefully transferred to a greased baking sheet. Also 2 more cutlets are formed.

Before baking, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

It is recommended to pour a little water on a baking sheet, about half a glass. Then the pan with kleps is sent to the oven, heated to a temperature of 180 degrees.
