  • - 100 g butter

  • - a glass of milk

  • - 100 g of wheat flour

For lasagna, ground beef is best. Peel and chop the onions in half rings. Fry the onion in a hot pan until golden.

Put the minced meat in a pan and sauté with the onion. Then cover it and simmer over low heat until almost done. In a glass of water, dilute the tomato paste. Add the paste to the minced meat and mix.

Throw the chopped tomato into the pan. Remove the skin from the tomato in advance so that unnecessary fragments will not come across when eating. Stew under the lid for about 7 minutes.

To make bechamel sauce, melt butter in a saucepan. Mix flour in boiling oil so that there are no lumps. Sift flour in advance through a sieve. Add milk, bring the sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Stir bechamel with a whisk. Remove thickened sauce from the heat.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the lasagna dough. Put 1/3 of the minced meat on it, add 1/3 of the sauce to the minced sauce, and so alternate the layers two times. Finish the dish with grated parmesan.

Place the lasagna in a preheated oven 180 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes. If the cheese is completely melted and crusty, you can get the dish out of the oven. Serve hot lasagna, decorating it with greens, laying on a lettuce leaf.
