Instruction manual
1
Beat eggs with salt. The eggs should preferably be cold. Melt the butter and then cool it to room temperature, add to the bowl to the eggs.
2
Put the cottage cheese to the other ingredients. Also add regular sugar, vanilla sugar and pour cognac (it may be the cheapest). Whisk thoroughly.
3
Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen and get rid of unnecessary lumps, and sprinkle the contents of the bowl with it. After adding soda and starch, beat the dough with a blender until smooth.
4
Take any chocolates to your taste with any filling. Good fit round shape. Lubricate the mold with butter and pour 1/3 of the dough so that it covers the bottom. Spread the sweets evenly over the dough so that the cupcake has an aesthetic sectional view.
5
Fill the sweets with the remaining dough and cover with foil to make the right temperature for melting the sweets. Place the mold on a baking sheet, having previously laid out on it three layers of parchment paper so that the cupcake does not burn out accidentally.
6
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes under the foil until it is browned. Let it cool slightly and put on a plate. Cupcake is ready, you can pour tea!
