  • - 3 eggs

  • - 120 g butter

  • - 220 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9 percent

  • - 120 g premium flour

  • - 1 p. Vanilla sugar

  • - 6 chocolates

  • - 1 teaspoon of starch

Beat eggs with salt. The eggs should preferably be cold. Melt the butter and then cool it to room temperature, add to the bowl to the eggs.

Put the cottage cheese to the other ingredients. Also add regular sugar, vanilla sugar and pour cognac (it may be the cheapest). Whisk thoroughly.

Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen and get rid of unnecessary lumps, and sprinkle the contents of the bowl with it. After adding soda and starch, beat the dough with a blender until smooth.
