  • - 150 ml of coconut milk.
  • For curry;
  • - half a teaspoon of turmeric;

  • - 4 buds of cloves;

  • - One teaspoon of cardamom and cayenne pepper.

Shrimps need to be cleaned, leaving a tail, and then mix with lemon juice and put aside for 5 minutes.

At this time, we chop the onion very finely and fry it over medium heat in a pan with olive oil.

We cut ginger and garlic very finely (you can use a grater). Grind the clove buds in a mortar to give the dish maximum flavor.

Once the onion has turned golden, add a sprig of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, garlic, turmeric and ginger to it. Fry, stirring for a minute, add cayenne pepper and pour coconut milk.
