Some claim that the dessert was created in the late 1960s in a restaurant called Le Beccherie, while others consider tiramisu a variation of a classic 19th-century dessert called Zuppa Inglese. - - 1 glass of rum or amaretto
- - 2 cups mascarpone cheese

Beat egg whites separately until a firm foam.

Gently put the whipped whites into a mixture of yolks and cheese. It should make a gentle cream.

Combine coffee and alcohol in a bowl. Dip cookies one by one in this mixture and put them in a baking dish. Apply cream on a layer of cookies. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top, covering the top of the cream.

Repeat these steps to create a second layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
