- 350 g peeled king prawns
- 300 g buckwheat noodles (events)
- 1, 5 cm grated fresh ginger
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds

Boil buckwheat noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. During this time, make the sauce: in a bowl mix soy and fish sauces, ginger, vinegar and honey, mix thoroughly.

Fry the shrimp in a preheated pan with olive oil for 2–3 minutes until golden.

Pour the sauce into the finished noodles, add shrimp, add sesame. Stir thoroughly and serve immediately.
Useful advice
Shrimp in this case can be replaced with other seafood to taste.
