This method of preparing a delicious sauce does not require any special ingredients. You only need mustard powder, homemade brine (it is better to use it, since the liquid from purchased salines is usually abundant in vinegar), olive or sunflower oil and sugar.
So, it is necessary to pour 2-3 tablespoons of mustard powder and a small pinch of sugar into a prepared container, then pour them with about 100-150 milliliters of brine. This dosage is only recommended, and not strictly required, since it is necessary to focus on the desired consistency and take into account the fact that mustard tends to thicken after cooking. After that, the contents of the container must be mixed very carefully, closed with a tight lid and left in the refrigerator for about 5-6 hours.
After this time, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the sauce. Mustard prepared in this way is quite spicy and goes well with meat.
