You will need
- - 8 champignons,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 onion,
- - half the bell pepper
- - 2 medium tomatoes,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil,
- - chili pepper to taste,
- - basil to taste,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.

Rinse the champignons, separate the legs and cut them into small cubes.

Cut the carrots in the same way as the mushrooms. If desired, carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.

Chop the peeled onion and garlic clove. Remove the peel from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, chop the bell pepper as well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the prepared vegetables for five minutes. Then add the crushed champignon legs to the vegetables. Continue cooking for another five minutes.

Grind a clove of garlic in any convenient way (you can grate) and chili.

Transfer the mushrooms into a large bowl, add the chopped clove of garlic, chili, basil, your favorite spices and two tablespoons of olive oil to them, rub the spices in the mushrooms. Then add a spoonful of soy sauce and mix. Try salt, if not enough, then add a little more salt.

Stuff mushrooms with vegetable filling. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake champignons for 15 minutes.
