    • 100 g of fresh mushrooms;
    • 3 liters of water;
    • sour cream;
    • ground pepper
    • salt
    • greens are chosen to taste;
    • large pan
    • portioned ceramic pots
    • a frying pan.

Instruction manual

1

Place a pot of water on the stove. Put stew in it and salt. Leave it to cook for one and a half hours until cooked. At this time, begin to prepare other components of the hodgepodge.

2

Cut into thin strips all available foods except olives and lemon. Try to keep each straw no more than two centimeters in length and five millimeters in width and thickness. This will positively affect the appearance and taste of the soup.

3

Remove the bones from the broth and cut off the meat from them. Cut it into strips and set it aside. Add mushrooms to the broth.

4

Melt two or three tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Fry the carrots and onions in it until golden brown. At the same time, dip the chopped tongue and pork into the pan. Then start preheating the oven, in it the hodgepodge will become even tastier.

5

Cut the zest off the lemon, cut it into circles and dip in the soup.

6

Following the lemon, put the sliced capers and sausages into the pan. Then stir and fry the onion and carrot in the soup. When the soup begins to boil again, dip whole olives, boiled pork and boiled chicken in it. After a minute, add chopped garlic, herbs and all seasonings. Then immediately remove the pan from the heat.

7

Pour the hodgepodge into the portioned pots and place them in the preheated oven for about ten minutes. After this time, the soup will be ready. It can be served directly in pots to the table, seasoned with sour cream.

note

Do not boil soup when it is in the oven. otherwise all of its constituents can boil apart. Also, do not chop the products into chips, otherwise you will get soup puree.

Useful advice

Do not forget to remove the foam generated during cooking. If you want to focus on the taste of the broth, cook the soup with strong boiling. And if you intend to emphasize the taste of meat, make the cooking process slow.
