1

Boil water. The fastest way to handle this is an electric kettle.

While the water is warming, take any teapot of the appropriate volume and pour tea into it. It is better to prefer a selective large-leaf, but in extreme cases granular will also go, but the taste will be far from the best.

3

Then add spices to tea to taste. The number of spices can and should even be varied in order to get the perfect tea for your taste. You can also remove or, conversely, add some spices, experiment with combinations. In general, the flight of fantasy is unlimited. And you can stick to the standard recipe, it is tested by time. Cinnamon gives tea a wonderful taste and aroma, ginger adds a little pepper and warms, cloves and star anise add refinement, and if you add more valuable saffron and a little white pepper, you will practically get the famous Indian masala tea, which is popular in India for its taste and its borders for many years.

4

After all the ingredients are covered, you can fill them with water. But not quite boiling, but slightly cooled, 80-90 degrees Celsius. Then close the lid of the teapot, wrap it with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

5

Everything, you can safely pour tea with spices into cups and enjoy the magical taste. This tea goes well with milk or cream, they are added to taste. For tea, it is better to serve light curd desserts or marshmallows.
