Beef steak can also be prepared in your own kitchen. But to make it juicy and tasty, you need to choose the right meat, and also take into account several secrets.

  • - beef tenderloin (dorsal or femoral) - 800 g;

  • - vegetable oil (olive or sunflower) for frying;

  • - salt;

  • - pan (best corrugated).

  • - beef pulp - 500 g;

  • - chicken eggs - 6 pcs.;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - salt;

  • - fresh herbs;

  • - grate for the oven, pan.

A significant difference between beef steak and meatballs is that the steak is prepared only from meat, without adding anything. In the cutlets they put onions, bread and so on. The most suitable meat for cooking steaks is rightly considered fresh chilled beef tenderloin.

Finding a good clipping is far from always possible. Therefore, if you got meat with a bone, then it will need to be removed. To prepare a classic steak, cut the flesh into 4 identical pieces no more than 3 cm thick. Then wash them in cold water and then dry, transfer to a board and spread with vegetable oil.

Now take a dry frying pan (it is advisable to use a special corrugated frying pan with a non-stick coating), heat it and lay the pieces of meat. Fry them on both sides until a crispy brown crust appears. At the same time, for better frying, they will need to be turned over several times - 2-3 times fry on one side, and the same amount on the other. Salt and pepper the finished beef steak. Serve it hot with fresh vegetables.

Also, the steak can be prepared from minced meat with a fried egg. To do this, chop 500 g of pulp into small pieces or pass through a meat grinder. Add 1 egg, ground black pepper and salt to the minced meat. Stir well together and form 5 flat round patties.

Coat them on both sides with vegetable oil and place on a wire rack mounted on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Turn on the oven and heat it to 200 degrees.

Fry the workpiece for 12 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the grill and turn the beef steak to the other side, continuing to fry for another 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, beat 5 chicken eggs and, while maintaining the integrity of the yolk, fry the eggs until cooked.

When the steak is ready, transfer it to a dish, lay a fried egg on top of each and serve to the table, garnishing with fresh chopped herbs.
