Meat filling:

- minced meat "Home" (pork and beef) - 0.5 kg;

- onions - 3-4 pcs.;

- ground black pepper;

- sunflower oil for frying.

Take a pan and pour oil into it. When it is well warmed up, put the minced meat and, stirring, fry it for 5-7 minutes until it becomes light.

In the meantime, peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Transfer it to the meat, mix and fry for 8-10 minutes. And then it is necessary to reduce the temperature to a minimum, cover and simmer until the meat is ready. At the end, add salt to taste and a few pinches of black pepper.

Meat and rice filling:

- minced meat - 400 g;

- onions - 3 pcs.;

- round grain rice - 100 g;

- ground black pepper;

- salt;

- vegetable oil for frying.

Rinse the rice in several waters until transparent. Then pour it into a small saucepan or ladle, pour 200 ml of water, add a little salt. When the water boils, lower the temperature and cover. Cook until cooked for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour oil into the pan and, as soon as it warms up enough, put the minced meat and fry for about 10 minutes.

Peel onions, chop finely and add to the minced meat. When the meat is ready, transfer the boiled rice into a pan, mix, add black ground pepper, salt and fry everything together for about 5 minutes.

Cottage cheese filling:

- cottage cheese - 500 g;

- finely ground sugar or powdered sugar - 100 g;

- vanillin - on the tip of a knife;

- yolk - 1 pc.;

- raisins - 50 g (optional).

Pour raisins with boiling water and leave it for 10-15 minutes to make it soft. Meanwhile, put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the yolk, vanillin and sugar. Grind all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass with a submersible blender until there are curd lumps left. At the end, add the squeezed raisins and mix.

Mushroom filling:

- mushrooms (e.g. champignons) - 500 g;

- onions - 3 pcs.;

- ground black pepper;

- salt:

- sunflower oil for frying (you can take a piece of butter).

Rinse the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Heat sunflower oil in a pan (or melt butter) and transfer the chopped mushrooms. Fry them at medium temperature for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Then add it to the mushrooms and fry all together for about 7-8 minutes. At the end, salt and pepper the contents of the pan to taste.

Ham and Cheese Filling:

- ham (brisket or bacon) - 250 g;

- hard cheese - 150 g;

- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

First, boil the hard boiled eggs (8-10 minutes), then cool and clean. After that, cut all the ingredients into cubes or straws and put them in a bowl. Mix by adding a pinch of salt and black pepper in a couple.

Chicken Filling:

- chicken breast - 1 pc.;

- fresh dill - 0.5 bunch;

- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Rinse the chicken breast, put in a saucepan with cold water. After boiling, reduce the temperature and cook for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, dip the eggs in a ladle, pour in cold salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Cool, peel and grate.

After the breast is cooked, drain the broth (or leave to prepare other dishes), cool the breast. Then grind it with a blender or twist through a meat grinder. Mix with grated eggs, add chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well together.

Sausage and cheese filling:

- sausage (for example, "Doctor's") - 200 g;

- hard cheese - 100 g;

- mustard - 1 tsp;

- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, and pass the sausage through a meat grinder. Mix them in a bowl, adding mustard and sour cream. Mix well together.

Stuffed condensed milk, jam, sugar:

- a can of condensed whole milk with sugar - 1 pc. (or a can of boiled condensed milk, as well as any jam or sugar).

Open a jar of condensed milk or jam and transfer the contents to a vase or socket. Instead, you can use granulated sugar or powdered sugar. With such a filling, you can smear the pancake and roll it into a tube, or you can just dunk and eat.

Red fish filling:

- fillet of red fish (slightly salted salmon, trout);

- processed cheese;

- fresh dill (optional).

Grind the fish fillet with a knife, add melted cheese and dill finely chopped. Mix everything.

Red caviar filling:

- red caviar - 50 g;

- butter - 50 g.

Such a filling should be prepared when the pancakes are just removed from the pan. They must immediately be greased with butter, folded in any shape and add red caviar.
