    • salt;

    • 5 onions;

Instruction manual

1

Prepare the dough for dough. Mix flour, sugar and dried yeast in a saucepan or bowl, pour in slightly warmed milk and stir everything well again. You should get batter without lumps. Let the dough stand in a warm place without drafts for ten minutes, until it foams.

2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add them to the dough. Then add flour and knead the dough, gradually pouring vegetable oil. When dipping, the dough will be enriched with oxygen, and this contributes to the development of yeast and a significant increase in volume. Cover it with a towel, leave for forty minutes.

3

While the dough is coming, prepare the filling. Cut the fish, separate the flesh from the skin and bones, cut into very small pieces. Put them in a pan and fry over low heat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Lightly salt before readying.

4

Pour rice with cold water, salt and cook over low heat after boiling for ten to fifteen minutes. Then remove the pan from the stove and let the rice stand for another five to seven minutes so that it swells. After that, throw it in a colander, rinse well and allow to drain water.

5

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry until golden brown. In a separate bowl, mix fish, rice and fried onions, salt the stuffing.

6

Put the finished dough on the table, roll it into a “sausage” and divide it into twenty-twenty-five equal parts. Their number depends on what size of pies you like best. Roll each piece into a cake, put the filling on its middle. Pinch the edges of each pie.

7

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the pies on it with the seam down and leave them to stand in a warm place for another ten minutes. Then put in a preheated oven.

8

Grease the prepared pies with melted butter, put on a plate and serve.
