  • 500 g pumpkin pulp

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 onion

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 20 g butter

  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of freshly grated ginger

  • pumpkin seeds for decoration, salt

Peel and chop the pumpkin and vegetables, add water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and cook until soft. Add milk and butter, mashed with a blender. Add grated ginger, garnish with seeds before serving.
