Silicone molds are particularly resistant, they can withstand temperatures in the range from minus 40 to plus 220 degrees and are great for working with a slow cooker. If you are using them for the first time, it is recommended that you wash the forms thoroughly with warm water and soap, and before you place the dough in them, you need to grease the walls and sides of the container with butter. In the future, it is not necessary to lubricate the molds.

For vanilla muffins in a slow cooker, you need to take 200 g of butter, 2 chicken eggs, a glass of granulated sugar, 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of baking powder, vanillin, a little chocolate and icing sugar for decoration. Mix the butter with sugar and beat the mixture with a mixer. Add eggs to the butter dish and beat until smooth. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla, carefully pour the mixture into a dish with butter and eggs in small portions, gently kneading the dough with a spoon. Now thoroughly knead everything with your hands, the mass should turn out to be thick and plastic. Divide the dough into small balls. Put the lumps of dough in silicone molds. Now put them in the slow cooker. Turn on the "Baking" mode and set the cooking time - 60 minutes. Remove the prepared muffins from the silicone molds and sprinkle with chocolate chips mixed with powdered sugar.

Silicone molds can be used in a slow cooker for cooking steamed dishes. For example, you can make delicious cottage cheese steam muffins in them. For this dish you need to take 200 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of flour, 100 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, strawberries and sour cream for sauce. Rub butter and sugar in a dish with a mixer, add cottage cheese and eggs to the butter. Whisk thoroughly. Mix flour with baking powder and carefully add it to other products. Put the resulting dough into the molds with a spoon, and then place them on the steam tray. Pour water (approximately 500-600 ml) into the multicooker bowl. Activate the "Steam cooking" button and set the time - 40 minutes. To make berry sauce, mix strawberries and sour cream. Pour the prepared cupcakes with a strawberry-sour cream mixture.
