You will need

    • 400g pork
    • 2 pods of sweet pepper
    • 3 tomatoes
    • 1 bunch of green onions
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    • Salt
    • Ground black pepper

Instruction manual

1

Wash the pork pulp, dry and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan and fry the pork, stirring occasionally, for seven minutes.

2

Wash the pods of sweet red pepper, dry and cut each in half, remove the seed core and cut into cubes. Add bell peppers to the meat and fry for another ten minutes.

3

Wash the tomatoes, make an incision cross-wise and dip in boiling water. Then remove with a slotted spoon and pour over with cold water, remove the skin and cut into large slices. Add the tomatoes to the meat with pepper, salt, pepper to taste, mix.

4

Cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes.

Wash green onions, dry and cut into thin rings slightly diagonally. Put the finished dish on plates, and sprinkle with onion, and you can serve it to the table.

Useful advice

This dish can also be stewed in batch ceramic pots.

Pork can be replaced with beef or poultry, depending on taste preferences. And you can even cook a vegetarian roast.

When thawing meat, do not put it in a warm place and do not fill it with water - it will lose its taste and nutrition.
