Remove the butter from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Then it should be whipped with cottage cheese, salt and pepper.

Grated cheese, finely chopped dill (without hard stalks) and a clove of garlic, passed through a meat grinder or press, must be mixed in the resulting mass. The more salty cheese you use, the less salt you need to take. If you want to get a sharp taste, then you need to add hot pepper.

Next, pour flour with baking powder and knead a thick and slightly sticky dough. After it must be removed to the refrigerator until slightly hardened.

While the dough is cooling, it is necessary to lay a plastic film on the table. Put the dough on it and knead it with your hands in a flat cake. On top, you need to put another piece of plastic film. Then you need to roll the dough into a layer 1 cm thick and remove the top film.

If desired, a layer of dough can be sprinkled with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika, parsley, caraway seeds, etc. Try making cheese sticks with different powders, even sweet ones!

The dough must be rolled with a rolling pin so that the topping sticks to it. Then the dough should be cut into strips. The strips should be transferred to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

The oven should be preheated to a temperature of 200 - 220 degrees and put in a baking sheet with cheese sticks. Bake the sticks until browning - this is about 20 to 30 minutes.

Knead the dough from flour, grated on cheese, finely chopped margarine, 1 teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours. Sprinkle with coarse salt and caraway seeds immediately afterwards. Bake for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Cheese sticks are very good for beer. They can be served both warm and already cooled.

When choosing cheese, give preference to hard varieties. It is interesting at the same time that if the cheese has a salty taste, it will only add piquancy to the liver, and it will have an original taste.
