You will need

    • For salad with arugula and mustard dressing:
    • arugula 2 bunches;
    • seafood to your taste (shrimp is best);
    • cherry tomatoes;
    • garlic;
    • olive oil;
    • mustard;
    • salt;
    • Parmesan cheese.
    • For salad "Sea cocktail":
    • seafood (frozen or canned);
    • iceberg lettuce;
    • eggs 2 pcs.;
    • cucumber 2 pcs.;
    • parsley;
    • salt;
    • mayonnaise or olive oil (to your taste).

Make a light spicy salad with arugula in mustard dressing. For him, you can choose as a mixture of seafood (including mussels, squid, shrimp), and one king prawns. Rinse arugula salad under a stream of cool water, place on a clean towel and allow excess moisture to drain.

Prepare seafood. Defrost the mixture or shrimp (the latter must first be cleaned, leaving only the tip of the tail). Peel the head of garlic. Heat a pan with olive oil, put two or three cloves of garlic (you can chop with a knife).

Fry seafood in a pan for three minutes, stirring constantly. Garlic will have time to give them its flavor, which will be perfectly felt in the finished dish.

Prepare a dressing. Combine olive oil, three to four cloves of garlic (minced through garlic press) and a teaspoon of mustard. Wash the cherry tomatoes.

Put dried arugula in a deep bowl, fill with dressing and mix thoroughly (this is best done using cooking tongs). Then add the cherry (whole or halved), seafood, a little salt and mix again.

Arrange the salad in plates and sprinkle on top each serving of finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Make a Sea Cocktail salad that combines fresh vegetables and seafood. Hard boil the eggs and peel them. Wash the cucumbers, parsley. Remove the top leaves from the iceberg head and discard them, then disassemble it.

Cut the eggs and cucumbers into cubes of the same size, chop the parsley. Tear the salad with your hands into pieces, about 3x3 cm in size.

Prepare seafood. If you purchased freshly frozen, boil water in a pan, add a little salt and drop them in there for literally three minutes. Canned seafood does not need additional processing, just drain the excess liquid from the jar.

Take a deep bowl and mix in it all the ingredients: salad, cucumbers, eggs, parsley, seafood. Lightly salt. If desired, freshly ground pepper can be added. Next, season the salad to your taste with olive oil or mayonnaise. The first option will be less caloric.

Always pay attention to the labels on the package. Seafood can be fresh-frozen or boiled-frozen. In the second case, they do not require cooking, they just need to be thawed (or put in hot water for a minute).

In the Sea Cocktail salad, large seafood can be pre-cut into smaller pieces.
