You will need

    • 500 g boiled shrimp
    • 2 potatoes
    • 3 boiled eggs
    • 100 g of dill and parsley
    • 250 g mayonnaise
    • 25 g canned white beans.

Instruction manual

Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them. Rub it on a coarse grater. Add chopped greens, a little mayonnaise and mix well.

Dip the shrimp in salted boiling water, cook for 5-7 minutes and discard in a colander. Peel the shrimp.

Peel the eggs, separate the yolk and mash it with a fork. Cut the protein with a knife.

Put half the potatoes on a dish, flatten and lay on top a portion of the shrimp. Pour on top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with protein, a little salt.

Put the remaining potatoes, shrimp, put a layer of white beans. Add protein and greens now.

Place the finished salad in the refrigerator for one hour. After that, the salad can be served on the table.
