You will need

    • For the test:
    • 1 tbsp. milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 50 g butter;
    • flour;
    • 1 tsp Sahara;
    • a pinch of salt;
    • a pinch of soda.
    • For filling:
    • 300 g of cabbage;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 tomato;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 150 g minced meat (beef + pork);
    • mayonnaise;
    • 3 tbsp sunflower oil;
    • salt
    • spice.
    • For the "Russian snack":
    • 1 salted herring;
    • 2 potatoes;
    • 2 pickles;
    • 200 g smoked sausage;
    • 200 g of hard cheese;
    • 1 lemon
    • fresh greens.
    • For fish toasts:
    • jar of sprat;
    • mayonnaise;
    • 3-4 potatoes;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • fresh greens;
    • sunflower oil.
    • For soft drinks:
    • freshly brewed black tea;
    • 3 liters of boiling water;
    • 1 lemon
    • sugar.

For hot, make a cabbage pie. Chop the cabbage. Cut the onion into rings, the tomato into slices, chop the garlic.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Sauté the minced meat and stew the vegetables with it until half cooked. Salt, add spices. Turn off the stove and cool the filling a little.

In the meantime, cook the dough. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Dip the butter into it, wait until it “melts”. Add sugar, salt and soda.

When the milk begins to rise in froth, add a little flour and mix well. Small lumps should come out. Remove the pan from the stove and let the dough cool.

Then add one whole egg and protein from the second. And put the second yolk aside. Stir, add flour and knead soft dough. It should not stick to hands.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll the cakes. One half a centimeter thick, the other as thin as possible.

Lay a thick layer of dough on a baking sheet. Lay out the filling and cover with a second layer. Gently pinch the edges. Make some cuts on top.

Cover the cake with yolk and place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven and cover with a waffle towel for 10-15 minutes.

An excellent addition to the feast is an assortment of vegetables, meat, cheese and fish, the so-called "Russian snack". Boil 2 medium potatoes in their skins. Cool and clean.

Thinly chop all the ingredients. Put them on a plate with a “ladder” in the following sequence: herring, lemon, potatoes, cucumbers, sausage, cheese. Garnish the appetizer with fresh herbs on top.

Make fish toasts for another treat. Peel the potatoes. Wash and cut into circles about 1 centimeter thick. Fry them until golden brown.

Chop the garlic finely and mix with mayonnaise. Spread the resulting sauce on the potato circles. Put sprats on top. Garnish with greens.

As a refreshing drink, offer iced lemon tea. Brew fresh weak tea. Cut the lemon into slices, dip it in a decanter or a three-liter jar. Sprinkle with sugar to taste and pour hot tea. Mix well and cool the drink in the refrigerator.
