- - red wine vinegar

- - 150 g of honey
- - 1 kg turkey fillet
- - 4 heads of red onions
- - 3 red bell peppers

Rub the turkey fillet (or breast) liberally with black ground pepper and salt. Put the billet on a baking sheet, previously greased with olive oil. Sprinkle some thyme over the meat and cover with foil. Bake the dish in the oven for 40-50 minutes.

After the turkey is cooked, put it on a separate plate and cut the fillet with medallions or stripes. Put the workpieces back on the baking sheet. Lubricate with honey and bake again for 10-15 minutes.

Grind bell pepper and red onion in small cubes. Fry the onions in olive oil, after adding a small amount of sugar to the contents of the pan. Wait until a brown crust appears, pour in a little honey left after braising the turkey and a few tablespoons of red wine vinegar. Add red pepper a few minutes before cooking. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Place turkey medallions on a serving platter. Season the dish with caramelized onions and pepper and garnish with fresh herbs. You can serve turkey with a vegetable or potato side dish.
