Rinse the salmon thoroughly, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Roll each billet in cornmeal.

Thoroughly chop tarragon, peppermint, chili pepper, garlic, fresh ginger root, and green onions. The amount of ingredients you can choose at your discretion. Green onions use the minimum amount.

Pour a few teaspoons of peanut butter and the same amount of sesame oil into a preheated pan. Warm the mixture a little and mix with a spatula. Put the pieces of fish in the heated oil. Fry salmon until golden.

Transfer pieces of fish into a separate container. Put chopped spices into the oil remaining after frying and fry the mixture for several minutes until a saturated aroma appears.

When frying spices, return the fish fillet to the pan and re-fry the mixture for several minutes, constantly stirring the ingredients with a spatula.

Thai crispy salmon is a rather spicy dish. You can soften the taste of fish by eliminating some of the ingredients from the recipe.
