You will need
- For the test:
- - 3-3.5 cups of flour;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1 glass of water (boiling water).
- For filling:
- - 5 pieces. a tomato;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of feta cheese (cottage cheese);
- - salt;
- - greens.

Cut the tomatoes into circles. Mash cheese with a fork, if cottage cheese, then salt, add chopped garlic, chopped herbs, mix well.

Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water, add vegetable oil, flour. Knead the soft dough. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
Roll half of the dough into a large thin layer, into which lay tomato slices at a distance of 3 cm from each other.

Put the filling on the tomatoes. Having rolled out the second layer of dough, cover it with the first (with the filling).

Cut the pies with a glass of suitable diameter along the contour of a tomato circle. Fry them on both sides in hot oil.
