Leave the buttered slices of the loaf for 4 minutes, then the stuffing will stick better. Then, in a small bowl, dilute the milk and the egg.

Heat the butter and vegetable oil over a medium heat in a pan. Put slices of minced meat down. Pour on top a little egg mass, spread over the entire surface. 1 egg, diluted with milk, may be enough for 12 toasts.

Fry the meat side for 4 minutes. When the fried crust appears, turn the slices over and fry for another 1.5 minutes until golden.
