Beat sour cream with eggs, quench soda in a tablespoon of vinegar. If the dough is made on kefir, then you do not need to extinguish it.

Add salt, sugar, soda, mix well. Pre-sifted flour is added gradually until the dough sticks to the fork. The dough should be very soft.

Pour flour on the honeycomb, put the finished dough on it. We divide the dough into pieces with a knife, form balls. Roll flat cakes 1 cm thick, mold patties.
