Peel the onion and cut into half rings. To prevent it from bittering, marinate it for 20 minutes. To do this, prepare the marinade from vinegar, salt and sugar. Rinse nuts and raisins under cold running water, dry with napkins. Soak raisins in hot water for 5 minutes.

Grate the carrots. Divide the peeled orange into slices, remove the film and cut into cubes. Finely chop the nuts with a knife or chop in a blender, but not until powdery. Cook the chicken, then chop it.

The salad must be laid out in layers, greasing each with mayonnaise (except the last). In a deep container, first put the chicken meat, then onions and raisins. Cover the top with carrots and nuts.   • a small bunch of grapes;
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice;
  • 100 grams of low-fat yogurt;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Cut boiled chicken into large pieces. Cook the eggs, remove the shell and chop finely. Rinse the fruit thoroughly, remove the peel from the apple, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the fruit does not darken. Remove the seeds from the grapes, cut the berries in half. Peel oranges, remove films, cut into cubes. Combine the above ingredients, pour yogurt. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
