Start making French fondant chocolate dessert by warming up the chocolate chips in a water bath. To do this, use a small convenient saucepan and an appropriate container for it, in which the process of melting chocolate and butter will occur.

Pour water into the pan, place a container with chocolate pieces and butter on top. Bring the water to a boil, constantly stir the chocolate with butter with a wooden spatula, achieve a homogeneous mass.

Wash the eggs beforehand. Break two chicken eggs into a separate deep cup. Add granulated sugar, whisk the composition with a whisk.

In a thin stream, mix the chocolate mass into the egg, stirring constantly. Add the flour gently to the composition, it is better to do this in two approaches. Continue to mix the flour into the total mass.

Then pour in the vanilla essence, mix. Prepare the oven, heat it to 210 degrees.

The molds are small, you can use serving rings, cover with baking paper, place on a baking sheet, pour in each portion of the chocolate mass. Bake dessert for 8-10 minutes. Garnish the finished French dessert with powdered sugar and serve. Have a nice tea party.
